Primary Care at GATS is specifically designed as a comprehensive program treating mind, body and spirit. The intensive outpatient treatment program was created by Robert Mittiga (Clinical MACA), and based on the most successful treatment modalities in the addiction field.
A multi-disorder and Addiction Treatment Rehab facility, GATS serves individuals seeking treatment and recovery from toxic and abusive living. Aftercare assistance, and on-site educational - reaffirmation workshops support the recognition that recovery is a continuing journey.

GATS offers a specialised family program that is pivotal to the effectiveness of treatment and the recovery process. Family members and significant others in the life of the client are invited to participate in what is for many a life changing experience.
Participants have the opportunity to learn about the many issues that have impacted the family as a system. The family is offered a variety of tools to more successfully address issues concerning addiction, recovery and functional family systems. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn how best to be supportive of your loved one and to heal the pain as a family. Also provides coaching on INTERVENTION processes for getting loved ones into treatment.
The FAMILY PROGRAM is free, and is on Tuesday evenings between 6pm-7.30pm and all family members and other loved ones are strongly encouraged to attend a minimum of 6-8 sessions, and if necessary participate in one on one counselling for their own personal support through this difficult time.
